THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute junk. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million times, and it still doesn't work. The quality is shoddy, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being embarrassed. I'm so disappointed that I hoped I'd bought something functional instead. check here
